Emergency Evacuation Route Analysis for Salem, MA Using Arcpy

Developed evacuation routes for Salem, MA by integrating flood hazard data and traffic flow using Python and GIS tools. Clipped and standardized datasets, calculated weighted risks, and used geospatial analysis to prioritize safe routes. While network dataset limitations required a static map output, the project demonstrated the value of Python automation for hazard-aware evacuation planning and is adaptable for use in other vulnerable regions.
